Shipping & Returns
We ship anywhere in the United States. We are committed to timely delivery and are able to process and ship out your orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for special order items to be processed and shipped out to you. Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
If a portion of the item(s) you have ordered are unavailable, the available items will ship and the unavailable item(s) will be shipped at a later day at no extra charge to you.
If your order is marked “DELIVERED” in the USPS tracking website, and you have not received it, we cannot issue a refund or send you a replacement order. You should contact your local post office and deal directly with them.We are focused on getting you the products you ordered as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as delays with the courier or items damaged in transit. We do not offer refunds due to the unforeseen circumstances and we do not offer compensation based on lost revenue due to missed deadlines.
Please contact us within 2 weeks, or 14 days, of purchase for return or exchange approval. Do not send your purchase back to us without receiving approval first. We do not accept returns for any reason after 14 calendar days from the date of sale.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of original purchase.
Additionally, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your return is not approved, no refund will be issued and you would then need to pay return shipping for us to send item(s) back to you.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), therefore, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for all returned item(s).
Returns of non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
